Orders for food-storage products, portion-prep containers, lunch solutions, reusable bottles, carrying bags, and companion accessories follow the delivery rules below.

Processing and transit

We usually need around 1–2 business days to process an authorized purchase. The expected shipping journey is 3–5 business days, although actual delivery can vary.

Any free-delivery threshold and carrier option shown during checkout controls. Customers should verify their address and contact details before paying; tracking updates are supplied when the carrier makes them available.

Delays and delivery issues

Holidays, routing limits, weather, high volume, and investigations may affect estimates. Questions about delay, loss, an unexpected delivered scan, or transit damage should include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, circumstances, and photos for damage.
